Three things it takes off your desk
A year of massage days, set out once
Record the weekdays, the masseur and the time blocks per company. MassagePlan puts the days in place a year ahead, skips public holidays and company closures, and recuts the slots when a day changes shape.
Employees book their own slot
Every company gets its own sign-up link. Employees create an account, open the month calendar and pick a free slot. A booking limit per period and a cutoff per day do the rest, so nobody has to keep a list.
The paperwork is already done
Confirmations, reminders and cancellations go out by themselves. The masseur gets the day roster as a pdf, and you pull the billing basis and the per-company report out of the same data.
